Title: Senior Audit Manager
Description:
Senior Audit Managers work with other professionals in the department and the firm's shareholders on audit and consulting projects. Responsibilities include planning and managing multiple audit and review engagements to ensure that they are performed in accordance with professional standards and firm's policies and procedures, maintaining proficiency in the use of electronic publications, paperless audit program and auditing software, managing and participating actively in the audit practice of the firm, and supervising and training audit staff.
You will have the opportunity to become part of a partner development group, which includes partner mentoring, client responsibility, and training at “The Partner Institute” offered through The Growth Partnership (www.thegrowthpartnership.com). The firm expects to fill more than six ownership positions during the next six years.
Experience:
· Certified Public Accountant
- Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to make a positive first impression in initial meetings and quickly develop rapport with clients and prospects
- Ability to work independently, take the initiative, and be resourceful and inventive in planning, managing and executing assignments
- Develop new clients and expand the scope of consulting services with existing clients
- Proficient in both oral and written communication with the ability to prepare and deliver concise and understandable reports, presentations and research memoranda
- Ability to motivate, train and develop audit staff and identify training and development needs
- Perform periodic evaluations of audit staff
- Involvement in community activities, such as civic clubs, Chamber of Commerce, etc., in leadership roles
- Solid work ethic with the willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
Title: Audit Manager

- Ability to work independently, problem solve, take initiative and be a prime contact in working with clients
- Develop new clients and expand the scope of consulting services with existing clients

- Solid work ethic with the willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to accuracy and detail
- Participate actively in the community and identify and pursue business development opportunities
- Team player with a positive attitude
Title: Audit Senior
Description:
As an Audit Senior, you will supervise and actively participate in assigned audit engagements. You will assist in the execution of detailed audit engagements for both large and small clients in a wide variety of industries. You will also be responsible for interacting closely with associates, managers and shareholders on client matters and audit team matters.
Experience:
· Certified Public Accountant or CPA Candidate is preferred
- Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to make a positive first impression in initial meetings and quickly develop rapport with clients and prospects
- Ability to work independently, problem solve, take initiative and be a prime contact in working with clients
- Develop new clients and expand the scope of consulting services with existing clients
